At the end of 2021, the construction of a series of modular houseboats "Raznezhie-7" began at the Sea Tech production site in Gorodets. This marked the beginning of the revival of the Gorodets Wooden Shipyard.

In May 2022, the launching, weighing and heeling operations of the first basic model of an open boat (option 1, "Pleisure boat") took place.

In November 2022, an open boat for fishing and recreation with an outboard motor was successfully tested.

In 2024, the 2nd production boat (option 1) was launched.

In 2025, the 3rd production boat (option 3, "Cruise boat") was launched.

Work is underway to create the next modification - a boat with closed superstructure (option 4, "Houseboat").
