Elan' 12 is a popular project of 2005,
one of the first projects of floating dachas of Russian production.
The river houseboat-catamaran Elan' was designed by the Sea Tech company for the FRAM Motor Yachts.
Elan' is
a pleasure boat intended for river walks, tourism, family vacations
and business meetings.
The houseboat Elan' is a cozy house, in
which everything is provided for a full rest and a pleasant trip, an
excellent compromise for people who love river nature and urban
comfort.
The small weight of the vessel and its dimensions make Elan' faster
and more maneuverable than other houseboats, and also
convenient for transportation. The shallow draft allows the vessel
to enter quiet non-navigable rivers and picturesque small bays. At
the same time, the vessel is perfectly suited for long passages, has
a good level of finishing and a wide range of equipment.
The Elan' exterior was developed by the Design Studio of the
Sea Tech Ltd. The picture shows the exterior at the design stage (changed
during production).
The lead vessel was built in late 2006 in Volgograd, at the FRAM
Yard under the supervision of General
Director S.V.Skardov. The vessel created a furor at the Moscow boat
show in the spring of 2007, as a high-class and high-quality houseboat, which at that time had no domestic analogues.
The high operational and running qualities of the catamaran, a
simple and cheap production cycle, a modular design principle that
allows for easy changes to the interior layout, make Elan' a good
base for the production of small vessels for various purposes.
From 2006 to 2013, the FRAM Yard carried out serial production of
houseboat of the E12 project and modifications based on it.
