The type of vessel is a catamaran with a large superstructure, centrally located on the main deck, with bow and stern cockpits. There is a solarium on the superstructure deck. The vessel is equipped with two outboard motors installed on the hull transoms. The vessel is designed for operation at wave heights of up to 0.6 m.

The catamaran hull lines are round-bilged yacht-type. The choice of contours, design, hull frame sizes and plating thickness allows the installation of engines with a power of up to 90 hp to achieve a speed of 13 kn.

The hull and superstructure are made of cold-curing fiberglass based on Norpol polyester resins; frames, bulkheads, inter-window pillars of the superstructure are three-layer Laricross panels (outer layers are made of mahogany plywood, the inner layer is a honeycomb made of plywood filled with foam plastic). Reinforcements, foundations, embedded parts are made of dry pine.
