The Project RM376SB is a basic and detailed conversion design of the Yaroslavets (Project RVM376) tug. It was re-engineered as a multipurpose workboat for towing a 250-ton ramp barge, both alongside and astern (towing on a hawser). The design was developed in 2008 by Sea Tech for the Sosnovka Shipyard.

The project prioritizes the preservation of the original vessel’s primary structures (hull, bulkheads, and superstructure) while integrating an additional forward wheelhouse module. The vessel's design ensures efficient railway transportation with the wheelhouse, mast, and railings removed, allowing for final assembly at the home port without any welding.
