Type of vessel
Service and crew planing vessel with one/two water-jet propulsors,
aft engine room, open aft cockpit above the engine room, which
provides easy access for engine installation/removal; saloon in the
central part of the hull; closed superstructure resting on the main
deck. The wheelhouse is located on the deck in the central part of
the hull, behind the saloon superstructure.
Design
Planing hull. The hull contours are sharp-bilged, with a V-shaped
bottom and a sloping stem. The deadrise of the bottom at midship is
12.5°, at the transom - 5°. The stem at the bow end is made flatter,
and the waterlines are sharper, which provides a modern silhouette
and improves the seaworthiness of the hull. The hull skin sheets
have a simple linear curvature, unfolding onto a plane. A
longitudinal step 35-50 mm wide is installed along the hull
cheekbone.
The hull material is steel. The thickness of the bottom sheets is 3
mm, the side sheets - 2 mm. Which is sufficient to ensure strength,
and some possible bulging is acceptable for the appearance of this
type of vessel.
The superstructure to reduce weight is made of AMg-6 sheets t = 1 mm,
or can be in the form of a steel frame with an awning, or fiberglass.. |
