May 2025. Launching of the first independent floating module of the dock hull structure.

September 2025. According to the online publication dvinanews.ru: 4 sections of the dock out of 10 have already been docked together, the 5th block, delivered to the harbor of the Krasnaya Kuznitsa plant, is being prepared for docking.

October 2025. Construction of all 10 blocks for floating dock 28140C is complete. Final assembly of the dock's modular structure will take place in Arkhangelsk.
