The Project 28140 Floating Dock (non-propelled, stand-alone, self-docking dock) is designed by Sea Tech Ltd. and constructed at Gorodets Shipyard for maintenance/repairs of up to 8000 ton weighing vessels). Now the dock is operated at the Baku Shiprepair Yard.    

Automated control ballast system was developed by IA Systems.
