The E23 (23m) variant has an enlarged saloon and VIP cabin, a wheelhouse that can be connected to the crew cabin via a separate ladder, which allows for a single space for the service personnel. A variant with a crew cabin behind the wheelhouse has also been developed.

Further developments of this houseboat concept led to the development and construction of the ST24HB "Otrada" yacht project (SeaTech Design Studio, 2006).

The enlarged saloon allows for a separate dining area and passenger rest area, as well as a galley separated from the saloon with access both from the crew cabin for servicing passengers and from the saloon for self-service. The main control post is in the wheelhouse. The crew has communication with the wheelhouse via a specially designated ladder.
