Project T40OK is a seagoing fishing vessel, single-deck, with a design trim by the stern, with a bulbous stem and a transom stern with a trawl slip, with a forecastle and a second-tier bow superstructure made of steel, with a third-tier wheelhouse and a signal mast made of aluminum alloy, with a stern-mounted engine, with a diesel propulsion plant, single-screw with a variable pitch propeller in a non-rotating nozzle.

Vessel purpose:
▪ fishing with bottom or pelagic trawls;
▪ fishing with a seine net;
▪ transportation of raw fish in bulk in six heat-insulated tanks filled with liquid ice;
▪ transportation of the catch to the port or its transfer to a floating base at sea.

The navigation area is unlimited. The area of ​​operation is the Far Eastern fishing basin, with the possibility of making international voyages.
