Conceptual design of a non-self-propelled modular
floating complex on steel or reinforced concrete
pontoons.
The complex is designed for a wide range of applications:
shopping and entertainment centers, retail spaces,
exhibition areas, cafes and leisure zones, hotels and
congress centers, restaurants and entertainment venues,
sports and educational centers, business centers, coworking
spaces, and luxury residential complexes.

The updated design incorporates proven solutions from the
autonomous floating "Hunter and Fisherman's House" (), specifically engineered for operation in
environmentally sensitive areas.
The modular floating complex can be designed for both
autonomous operation and connection to shore infrastructure.
The complex can also be equipped with charging stations for
electric vessels.
