The PDR-523 is a yacht/houseboat concept based on a proven seaworthy catamaran hull.

The shallow draft combined with excellent seaworthiness allows the vessel to be used in basins ranging from "L" to "M." Furthermore, the catamaran's undeniable advantages include a spacious superstructure and high fuel efficiency due to its narrow hulls.

The vessel's layout was developed to achieve optimal passenger and crew accommodations and create comfortable conditions for the yacht owner and their guests. It features a strict territorial division into passenger and crew zones. The passenger zone, in turn, is divided into a guest block and the owner's quarters.
