Modernization Project: Pusher Tug (ST376Ò).
Designer: Sea Tech Ltd. (2009).
This new design maintains the standard
dimensions of the Yaroslavets (Project 376)
class.
Key Improvements (compared to the Base
Design):
- Elevated Wheelhouse: Providing superior
360-degree visibility (both forward and aft).
- Full-Beam Superstructure: Extended from
side to side in the midship section to
maximize internal space.
- Optimized Hold Layout: Achieved by merging
two accommodation compartments into a single,
more efficient space.
Resulting Benefits:
- Crew Comfort: Ordinary crew members are
accommodated in the hold in double and
triple cabins.
- Officer Accommodations: The captain’s
living conditions are significantly improved,
with a dedicated cabin featuring an en-suite
sanitary unit located in the superstructure.
- Improved Ergonomics: Internal crew
movement routes have been optimized for
better accessibility and safety.
