The photo shows the construction of the first Elan houseboat at the FRAM company shipyard under the leadership of Sergey Skardov (June 2005 – October 2006).

General vessel construction sequence:

* Molding the catamaran hulls, decks, and bridge in female molds
* Installing longitudinal and transverse framing elements and reinforcements
* Mounting machinery and equipment inside the catamaran hulls
* Assembling the main hull of the vessel
* Forming the superstructure on the hull
* Outfitting the hull and superstructure, installing foundations
* Insulating and sheathing the superstructure
* Installing systems and equipment, interior finishing, and outfitting works
* Launching the vessel
* Final outfitting, mooring trials, and sea acceptance trials

In parallel with hull work: fabrication of system components, equipment, devices, accommodation panels, lining, and furniture.
