COURSE FOR THE RUSSIAN NORTH 2026
The Course for the Russian North 2026 transport and
logistics forum addressed key issues of shipping, cargo
transportation, and shipbuilding in the northern regions, as
well as the modernization and expansion of the White Sea–Baltic
Canal.
Sea Tech Group, represented by N.A. Myzina, CEO of Seatech
Design Bureau, presented its proprietary engineering and
design solutions for northern latitudes. In particular, the
HSC150B project catamaran was recommended for
organizing passenger transportation to Kizhi Island and
across Lake Onega. This is currently the only active project
of a high-speed vessel holding the M3.0 class notation. The
project serves as a modern alternative to the Meteor and
Kometa type vessels currently in operation.
The forum program also included a tour of the Onega
Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Yard, during which participants
learned about the facility's production capacities and
ongoing projects. The event concluded with business meetings
and negotiations on cooperation with potential clients and
equipment suppliers.

Shipbuilding RU 2026
Conference
For two days, Nizhny Novgorod became the hub for industry
professionals during the Shipbuilding RU 2026 conference.
The first day's program included presentations by
representatives of various organizations, discussions on
current topics in a round table format, and informal
networking. P.V. Ezhov, Head of Sea Tech Group, delivered a
presentation titled "Shipbuilding,
Shipping, and Water Tourism – Drivers of Regional Development."
Participants spent the second day of the conference on a tour of
the production facility of the Alekseev CDB
for Hydrofoils in the city of Chkalovsk. The event concluded
pleasantly with a boat trip along the Volga River on the electric catamaran
Ekochod.

May 30. Vladivostok. FEFU
Maritime Congress – Far East
The Maritime Congress is a large-scale
industry event that has become a key platform for open
dialogue among maritime professionals. Our team was
represented at the event by N.A. Myzina, CEO of Seatech
Design Bureau.
Natalia Myzina held a series of important negotiations with
heads of leading enterprises in the Far East. They discussed
specific steps to expand cooperation and implement promising
projects in the region.
Special attention was paid to the development of domestic
shipbuilding and ship repair in the face of fierce
competition from Chinese and Korean shipyards, as well as
the search for effective tools to address these challenges.
During the session Passenger Water Transport of the Far
East: Accessibility, Speed, Comfort, a report was
presented on the role of regions as drivers of economic
growth.
Our representative also took part in one of the central
events of the congress – the plenary session The Far East
– Russia's Maritime Gateway.
In addition to the business program, the exhibition
exposition featuring current technologies and industry
developments was studied in detail.

Fleet Development
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Federal
Agency for Fisheries, Forss Technologies,
Nautic Rus, CDB Baltsudoproekt, DB Petrobalt, and SSTC Vostok DB.
During the event, chief designers from Seatech Design Bureau
presented a report on practical case studies and completed
projects in the fishing fleet sector.

Prospects for Tourism and the Role of Crossings on
Waterways
The Sea Tech Group team presented a report titled "Designing
Ships for Crossings with Economic Benefits in Mind." The presentation reviewed design solutions for various
regions and highlighted issues regarding an integrated
approach to the development of crossings, as well as
cooperation mechanisms among regional authorities,
design bureaus, industrial enterprises, universities,
and investors.

Operation of Floating Docks
The round table meeting focused on pressing issues regarding
the operation, technical condition assessment, and repair of
hull structures of floating docks.
During the event, representatives from Seatech Design Bureau,
along with colleagues from industry organizations including
the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS), the Krylov
SRC, and leading central design bureaus
and research institutes (25 organizations from across Russia
in total), discussed modern technologies for pontoon
cleaning and painting. They also shared practical experience
in addressing the challenges of surveying reinforced
concrete and metal docks. Participation in the discussion
helped update approaches to design, technical support for
ship repair operations, and the implementation of advanced
service solutions.

Feb 27 - March 1. Moscow. Crocus Expo
International exhibition of boats and yachts
Moscow Boat Show 2026
Representatives of SEA TECH Group visited the Moscow Boat
Show, the leading platform for yachting business
professionals and active water recreation enthusiasts.
The exhibition showcased a wide range of vessels and
equipment: motor yachts and cutters, electric boats,
catamarans, pontoons, diving gear, deck and navigation
equipment, and much more.
As part of the event, Sea Tech employees engaged with
market participants, studied current trends, and gathered
ideas for future projects. We traditionally express our
gratitude to the organizers and all participants!
