The
company Sea Tech is registered in Russia, Nizhny Novgorod on July 1,
1998 (reg. ¹ 987-P) as the Russian-Norwegian joint-venture.
Since
its inception the company has: from the Norwegian side - experienced
independent consulting company "Steelcad Consultants A / S”, proven
in the market of shipbuilding since 1993; and Russian - the
intellectual baggage of specialists working in the software market
for shipbuilding since 80th. Since 2004, the company "Sea Tech" is a
purely Russian private company retained its links with partners in
Scandinavia.

Sea Tech
has an extensive network of representatives and partners throughout
the world. Branches and representatives of the company are in the
Far East, Siberia, Northern and Southern Urals and Central regions
of Russia, Western and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia.
The
company's headquarters is located in the city of Nizhny Novgorod (in
the past - the city of Gorky), known as the "Capital of the Great
Volga”. Our city has a large number of shipbuilding and ship repair
companies, design bureaus and institutes.
Nizhny
Novgorod - the birthplace of unique submarines, WIG, hydrofoils and
hovercraft, dry cargo and oil tankers, passenger ships. Much of our
staff has some experience in creating many of these vessels.

Sea Tech works on the following basic directions: |

Fairing
- creation the
high quality mathematical models of surfaces of boats, courts, ships,
underwater devices, automobiles, planes, etc., both for the purposes of
design works, and for the purposes of manufacture.

Shell plating
- modeling the details of the ship's plating, propulsion systems, anchor
niches, bulbs, etc.

Lofting
- modeling the parts of ship inner framing and pipelines on the base of
the documentation of the detailed project (classification project) or
block assembly drawings.

Design
- development
of technical concepts and projects for
different ship classes and purpose, ship exterior and interior
design-projects.

Engineering -
development of the working documentation, the
organization and building support of any ship class. -
Software
-
development of the software (the systems
Sea Solution,
Sea Hydro,
Shell Con,
Grinding).
The roots of this direction lay in known Soviet systems for
shipbuilding - PIRS and APIRS. -
Rendering
-
realistic presentation of ship appearance and interiors, carried out
by means of program visualization 3D model, had made on ship general
arrangement plan, creation of b-rolls with animation.
